Workshops and Trainings

As a mental health educator, my workshops and training programs are grounded in evidence-based practices and are designed to enhance corporate well-being by reducing stress, fostering resilience, and promoting lasting psychological and behavioral change. By addressing mental health at the individual level, I help organizations tackle workplace-wide challenges such as burnout, productivity loss, and team disconnect.

Through these workshops, I support companies in building an inclusive and psychologically safe culture that promotes mental well-being, empowers employees, and enhances overall team performance. Each program is adaptable to meet specific organizational needs, whether it’s improving communication, reducing turnover, or cultivating leadership skills that drive success.

MY WORKSHOPS FOCUS ON THE FOLLOWING PILLARS

01

Diversity, equity, & inclusion

02

Community-care & belonging

03

Self-efficacy & behavioral change

04

Mental health & well-being

Inclusion, Belonging & Psychological Safety

As a social worker, it is part of my core beliefs that individuals must possess self-efficacy but also have a strong sense of community in order to thrive. My workshops emphasize the development of self-efficacy, empowering individuals to take ownership of their mental health and well-being. By equipping employees with practical tools to build confidence and self-regulation, I help cultivate a resilient, proactive workforce that can manage stressors better. When individuals feel capable and supported in their roles, they contribute more effectively, work with greater focus, and experience a sense of achievement—all of which benefit the organization’s overall productivity and morale.

Equally central to my approach is the concept of community care—encouraging an environment where team members look out for each other and foster a culture of mutual support. Through my workshops, I guide organizations in building a sense of connectedness and collective responsibility, strengthening psychological safety, enhancing team cohesion, and reducing employee isolation.

Leadership Training

Mental health-focused leadership training equips leaders with the tools and knowledge necessary to foster mental health and psychological safety within their teams. Through interactive sessions, participants explore the critical components of creating a supportive work environment, including effective communication, active listening, and empathy. By the end of each training, participants will have a deeper understanding of mental health in the workplace and how to cultivate a culture where all team members feel valued and safe to share their thoughts and concerns.

TURN A WORKSHOP INTO A Fireside Chat

Suppose you’re an organizational leader who wants to provide your team with professionally guided mental health tools and knowledge. In that case, our Fireside Chats allow your members to experience energizing mental health awareness discussions and learn evidence-based techniques to care for their mental well-being.

We will discuss a mental health topic of your choice that is relevant to your community’s needs in an interview-style talk between a facilitator from our team and a member of your organization. To see some of our already curated topics, please view our Workshop Catalog to learn more.

common questions

  • Each workshop is accompanied by a reflective workbook that includes a summary, learning points, and practical strategies for on-the-go learning and application.

FIRESIDE CHATS DO NOT INCLUDE A REFLECTIVE WORKBOOK

  • The main difference between a workshop and a fireside chat is the format. A workshop is a presentation, whereas a fireside chat is a conversation between one of our facilitators and a member of your organization.

  • All of our virtual workshops are run for a duration of 60-mins. Most of our workshops welcome up to 100 participants. However, some topics are more sensitive than others. Because we are helping your organization build a safe, inclusive culture, we cap specific workshops at 30 participants to cultivate a safe space for reflection and, most importantly, engagement.

Please browse our full workshop catalog to view the structure of each workshop.

  • All of our workshops are designed to be facilitated in-person. The main difference between online learning and in-person workshops is the duration of each session. Our in-person workshops are two hours compared to our 60-min virtual sessions.

In-person workshops are two hours to cultivate a community space through engaging activities, group breakout sessions, longer Q+A sessions, and more.
